New clients are welcome to join classes that are not marked full. If the class is full or the block has already started, please join the waitlist. Also, feel free to join the waitlist if you want to be notified first when new block spaces are released, before they are advertised!
Class info
Beginner-Improver (level 1-2) Pilates: Classes are sold as blocks, usually of 6 weeks. If you are new to the class, you have the option to buy only the first 3 weeks of a block as a trial if you wish. To do this, just email us . Any new joiner will also receive a complimentary 8-week On-Demand Beginner Course access worth £30. Max number of clients per beginner class is 10.
Intermediate-Advanced (level 3-4) class: Classes are sold as blocks. If you have prior Pilates experience but you haven't taken classes with me before, you have the option to buy only the first 3 weeks as a trial if you wish. To do this, just use the discount code stated in the course description. Max number of clients per Level 3-4 class is 12.
Pilates for Mobility: Suitable for all levels and no prior experience needed. We focus on mobility exercises, stretches and massaging tight muscles with hedgehogs and tennis balls. These classes are not running at the moment but I hope to resume them soon!
The Level 3-4 Pilates and Mobility classes can also be attended via Zoom if you don't live in Kirkcaldy. You can book those classes under Online classes below.
Barre+Core Feel graceful while exercising! The first half of the class consists of ballet inspired toning exercises for the lower and upper body done mid-floor and at the ballet barre (in the hall we use chairs), while incorporating the principles of Pilates core engagement and postural alignment. The second half of the class is core-focused Pilates exercises on the mat, performed like a dance to the flow of the music, at a faster pace compared to your normal mat Pilates class. Previous Pilates experience is essential, no prior ballet experience is required.
