Class Description

3-week Beginner Pilates block in May. New clients are welcome to book! No previous experience needed. Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know and I can bring a spare. You'll learn the correct alignment, core engagement and breathing technique and beginner level exercises. Small class size (max 10 participants) to ensure individual attention and feedback. Limitations to movement catered for (sore hips, knees, wrists etc). Dates: 3 Mondays 9.30-10.25am from 5th to 19th of May Venue: St Peter's Episcopal Church hall, Townsend Place, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1HB. You can park at the church car park anywhere on the gravel area, the tarmac space is reserved for church staff. Cancellation policy for the in-person course: If you cancel your course with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given. Instead, you will get 7 weeks access to the Video Library on the website. No refunds are given for missed classes, nor can be missed classes transferred onto a future block. You can request to come make up a missed class on another day or request 7 days On-Demand Video access.
