Class Description

6-week block over April-May for intermediate-advanced level. Please note the class is full, only book if you're already taking the class or you're on the waitlist and have been contacted to say there is a space for you. You continue to learn the classic Pilates repertoire as well as modern variations while incorporating correct alignment, core engagement and breathing technique. Small class size (at this level max 10 in-person participants + 4 via zoom) to ensure individual attention and feedback. Limitations to movement catered for (sore hips, knees, wrists etc). Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know and I can bring a spare. If you don't live in Kirkcaldy, you can also join this class on Zoom. You can book the block under Online classes section. Dates: 6 Mondays 5.30-6.25pm from 14th April to 19th of May Venue: 5th Fife Scout Group, 10 Dunnikier Rd, Kirkcaldy KY1 2RU. There are a few council car parks nearby, as well as free street parking on St Mary's Road. Cancellation policy for the in-person course: If you cancel your course with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given. Instead, you will get 6 weeks access to the Video Library on the website. If you miss individual classes over the course, please let Anna know. For each missed class you can request a 7 Days On-Demand video access or take a make up class on another day. No refunds are given for missed classes.
