I have been doing Anna’s classes for years now and i love them. Over the years my strength, flexibility and fitness has really improved. When lockdown happened and classes stop i was gutted but luckily for us Anna is so forward thinking that she reacted to the New Normal and started her online classes. I still get the same experience i had before as Anna is so good at demonstrating and coaching you through the exercises to make sure you are doing them correctly that i feel i have not missed out. I also love that with the new membership you have access to the full library so where i struggled to do more than one class due to my work commitments i can now do the classes whenever it suits me and mix it up. If you have never tried Anna’s classes i would highly recommend you give them a try you will not regret it.
