Class Description
This 75min stretching and mobility focused Pilates class is suitable for people with prior Pilates experience. What do we do in these classes? 🌿 Warm up 🌿 Pilates exercises focusing on spinal/joint mobility 🌿 Hedgehog massage 🌿 Stretches on the mat, at the wall and with a chair Pilates is well known for strengthening your core. Another, perhaps lesser known part of Pilates is improving mobility. Tightness in our bodies often results in poor posture, back pain and head aches. Please bring your own mat, all other props are provided. Date: Saturday 1st of August 9.30-10.45am Venue: 5th Fife Scout Group, 10 Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2RU. Streamed via Zoom. Cancellation policy: If you cancel with more than 24h notice, you get a full refund. If less than 24h, no refunds are given, but you will get a 7 days access to the Video Library where you will find plenty of Pilates, mobility and stretch classes.
Cancellation Policy
IN-STUDIO and via ZOOM: If you cancel your block or a one-off trial class with a minimum 48h notice by email or text, you get a full refund. If less than 48h, no refunds are given unless your space can be allocated to someone else on the waitlist. If not, you will get access to the Video Library on the website for the same duration as the block would have been. Missing classes: For each missed class you can request to either 1) get 7 days On-Demand Video Library access on the website 2) take a class on another day, subject to availability (please arrange in advance with Anna) Please note, make up classes are only valid during the same or the following block. For example if you missed a class in Block 5, you can make up that class during block 5 or 6. After that time they expire. Refunds are not given for missed classes. Please note 3-week Pilates trials have shorter make up periods, specified at the time of booking. If you miss individual classes over the block, please let me know. The make up class system relies on everyone letting me know when they make it. This will release a space for someone else to come make up.
