Class Description
6-week Beginner Pilates block over January-February. New clients welcome to join! All new joiners will also get a complimentary 8-week access to Beginner Pilates video course on the website (worth £30). Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know and I can bring a spare. You'll learn the correct alignment, core engagement and breathing technique and beginner level exercises. Small class size (max 10 participants) to ensure individual attention and feedback. Limitations to movement catered for (sore hips, knees, wrists etc). Dates: 6 Saturdays 10.30-11.25am from 10th January to 14th February. Venue: 5th Fife Scout Group, 10 Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2RU. There's free street parking on St Mary's Road, as well as council car parks nearby. Cancellation policy for the in-person course: If you cancel your course with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given. Instead, you will get 6 weeks access to the Video Library on the website. No refunds are given for missed classes, nor can be missed classes transferred onto a future block. You can request to come make up a missed class on another day or request 7 days On-Demand Video access.

Cancellation Policy
IN-STUDIO and via ZOOM: If you cancel your block with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given. Instead, you will get access to the Video Library on the website for the same duration as the block would have been. If you miss individual classes over the block, please let Anna know. For each missed class you can request to either 1) get 7 days On-Demand video access 2) take a class on another day, subject to availability (please arrange in advance with Anna) Please note, make up classes are only valid during the same or the following block. For example you missed a class in Block 5, you can make up that class during block 5 or 6. After that time they expire. Refunds are not given for missed classes.
