Block 1 Mon 9.30am Beginner Pilates

Class Description

6-week Beginner Pilates block over January and February. New clients are welcome to join! All new joiners will also get a complimentary 8-week access to Beginner Pilates video course on the website (worth £30). If you are new to the class and would like to initially only take the first 3 classes of the block (£27), please email me for a discount code. Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know and I can bring a spare. You'll learn the correct alignment, core engagement and breathing technique and beginner level exercises. Small class size (max 10 participants) to ensure individual attention and feedback. Limitations to movement catered for (sore hips, knees, wrists etc). Dates: 6 classes on Mondays 9.30-10.25am from Jan 5th to Feb 9th. Venue: 5th Fife Scout Group, 10 Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2RU. There's free street parking on St Mary's Road, as well as council car parks nearby. Cancellation policy for the in-person course: If you cancel your course with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given unless your space can be allocated to someone else. If not, you will get 6 weeks access to the Video Library on the website. No refunds are given for missed classes, nor can missed classes be transferred onto a future block. You can request to come make up a missed class on another day or request 7 days On-Demand Video access.
