Block 1 Mon 11.30am Barre (starts 19/1)
45min fun and upbeat ballet inspired class incorporating Pilates technique. No experience needed!
Class Description
4-week block starting Monday 19th January. Feel graceful while exercising! We perform ballet inspired toning exercises for the lower and upper body done mid-floor and at the ballet barre (in the hall we use chairs), while also working your core and posture using the principles of Pilates core engagement and postural alignment. No jumping involved! We use props such as resistance bands and loops, Pilates circles and balls in the class. You don't need to bring anything, just a water bottle and grippy yoga/pilates socks is a good idea. Time: Mondays 11.30-12.15pm from 19th Jan to 9th Feb. Venue: 5th Fife Scout Group, 10 Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2RU. Free street parking on St Mary's Road, and council street parking and car parks nearby. Cancellation policy: No refunds are given if you cancel your block with less that 48h notice. However, if it's less that 48h but your space can be allocated to someone on the waitlist, you will get a refund. No refunds for missed classes during the block or transfers onto future blocks. If you miss a class you can request a 7 Days On-Demand video access or make up taking another class.

Cancellation Policy
IN-STUDIO and via ZOOM: If you cancel your block with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given. Instead, you will get access to the Video Library on the website for the same duration as the block would have been. If you miss individual classes over the block, please let Anna know. For each missed class you can request to either 1) get 7 days On-Demand video access 2) take a class on another day, subject to availability (please arrange in advance with Anna) Please note, make up classes are only valid during the same or the following block. For example you missed a class in Block 5, you can make up that class during block 5 or 6. After that time they expire. Refunds are not given for missed classes.
