SUSPENDING A PRICE PLAN. A big perk of online classes is that you can do them anywhere! You can even take the studio with you to your holiday if you like! 😁 However, if you're going on a holiday and know, for one reason or another you won't be taking classes, feel free to request pausing (suspending) your price plan. Just let us know by email at least 7 days prior to the date you wish to start your pause your plan and stating which date you want to re-activate it.
When a price plan is suspended you lose your access to the content and the clock stops on any further payments. For example, if at the time of starting the pause your next bill date was 12 days away, once we re-activate the price plan your bill date will again be 12 days away.
CANCELLING A PRICE PLAN. We're sorry if you're thinking of cancelling. If you have any issues just let us know and we'll try our best to help! If you do want to cancel just let us know at least 7 days prior to your next bill date. You can find your bill date in your payment receipt emails or your bank statement. We will then cancel your next bill and you lose your price plan content from the day onward that would have been the bill date. If you change your mind and want the price plan at a later point, you can just buy it again 😊
