Have you felt lost in a big class with 20+ people, not sure you are doing the exercises correctly? Maybe you have been taking classes for years already but not seeing results?

 

Hi! I'm Anna Vainikka-McLean, the studio director. I find it extremely important to give each client attention to ensure correct form and technique. This ensures a safe and effective class where you can feel the results.  Attention to detail and the correct form are the core values of my studio, which all of our teachers share. We care about your progress.

Our teacher team includes Rachel Harris (Pilates, Barre), Maureen Meade  (Yoga, Stretch) and Christine Williamson (Pilates). 

All fitness levels welcome

Limitations to movement are catered for

All mats and a wide range of equipment provided at no extra cost

2. Buy class credits

Log in and you can view which classes have spaces. Found classes you want to take? Buy a credit package of your choice.

3. Book your classes

You can now use your class credits! Book your space on the timetable page of the booking site.

Can't make it after all? Cancel at least 2h before class starts and you can re-use your credits.

I started doing Anna’s Barre+Core class at the her Pilates studio about a year and a half ago and the change in my posture, core strength and shape has been amazing. I have lower back issues and since doing this fantastic class, which I would highly recommend if you want to get a fully body workout, my back injury has improved and I have very little problems with it now and can go months with no discomfort. Before I was having to have physio at least once a fortnight.

 

The Barre+Core class is demanding and pushes you but Anna is very good at given alternative exercises whilst you build the core strength.
