Hi! I'm Anna Vainikka-McLean, the studio director. I find it extremely important to give each client attention to ensure correct form and technique. This ensures a safe and effective class where you can feel the results. Attention to detail and the correct form are the core values of my studio, which all of our teachers share. We care about your progress.
Our teacher team includes Rachel Harris (Pilates, Barre), Maureen Meade (Yoga, Stretch) and Christine Williamson (Pilates).

You can now use your class credits! Book your space on the timetable page of the booking site.
Can't make it after all? Cancel at least 2h before class starts and you can re-use your credits.
