Class Description

7-week Improver-Intermediate Pilates over 8 weeks in October-December. New clients are welcome to book! This class is suitable for people with prior Pilates experience. All new joiners will also get a complimentary 8-week access to Beginner Pilates video course on the website. Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know and I can bring a spare. You continue to learn the classic Pilates repertoire as well as modern variations while incorporating correct alignment, core engagement and breathing technique. Small class size (at this level max 12 in-person participants + 2 via zoom) to ensure individual attention and feedback. Limitations to movement catered for (sore hips, knees, wrists etc). Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know and I can bring a spare. Dates: 7 classes 10.30-11.25am: Mondays 27th October, 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th November, 1st and 15th December (no class on Dec 8th). Venue: 5th Fife Scout Group, 10 Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2RU. There's free street parking on St Mary's Road, as well as council car parks nearby. Cancellation policy for the in-person course: If you cancel your course with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given. Instead, you will get 6 weeks access to the Video Library on the website. No refunds are given for missed classes, nor can be missed classes transferred onto a future block. You can request to come make up a missed class on another day or request 7 days On-Demand Video access.
