SUSPENDING A MEMBERSHIP. A big perk of online classes is that you can do them anywhere! You can even take the studio with you to your holiday if you like! 😁 However, if you're going on a holiday and know, for one reason or another you won't be taking classes, feel free to request pausing (suspending) your membership. Just let us know by email at least 2 weeks prior to the date you wish to start your pause your membership and stating which date you want to re-activate it.
When a membership is suspended you lose your access to the membership and the clock stops on any further payments. For example, if at the time of starting the pause your next bill date was 12 days away, once we re-activate the membership your bill date will again be 12 days away.
CANCELLING A MEMBERSHIP. We're sorry if you're thinking of cancelling your membership. If you have any issues just let us know and we'll try our best to help! If you do want to cancel just let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your next bill date. You can find your bill date in your payment receipt emails or your bank statement. We will then cancel your next bill and you lose your membership from the day onward that would have been the bill date. If you change your mind and want the membership back at a later point, you can just buy it again 😊
