1. Firstly, you need to purchase a Premium class credit or a 5x credit package. You can do this on the Price Plans page here: https://www.annamcleanpilates.co.uk/price-plans If you are a new joiner and have bought a 7 Day Trial, the trial includes unlimited premium classes. 1x Premium class credit is valid for 2 weeks from date of purchase, and the 5x class credit is valid for 8 weeks. After this time you cannot use the credit to book a class.
2. Once you have your credits, you can book on either of these pages:
BOOK BY CLASS TIME: gives you a timetable view, click BOOK NOW next to the class. https://www.annamcleanpilates.co.uk/timetable
BOOK BY CLASS TYPE: you can search classes by class category, such as Premium Pilates, Premium Private classes and different Flow classes. Click BOOK NOW, and then select your class time, then click NEXT. https://www.annamcleanpilates.co.uk/book-online
3. You will then be asked to put in your name and email address and an optional phone number. If you put in your optional phone number in and you have downloaded the mobile Wix app, you can get reminder notifications of your booked classes. Finally, click BOOK IT. You'll then see a confirmation page saying you're booked in and a confirmation email (with Zoom link in it) is on it's way. Please note BOOKING CLOSES 1h before class is scheduled to start. You can also book directly on the Wix mobile app, which will require less clicking.
4. To join the class on the day, click on the Zoom link in your email, or log in to our website and then click on your profile. Choose My Bookings. You'll be able to view all your booked classes with a link for Zoom, rescheduling and cancelling the class. The Zoom class starts about 5-10 minutes before scheduled class time so we can have a little chat before we begin. Please be ON TIME, each participant has to be manually admitted from the Zoom waiting room. Once the warm-up has started Anna can't go back and forth admitting late comers to the class.

WHAT IF I HAVE LIMITATIONS TO MOVEMENT? If you have for example a sore shoulder, just let Anna know on Zoom before we start the class. If you prefer not to say it out loud you can just type a direct message to Anna on Zoom. Anna will then make sure to offer adaptations for each relevant exercise.
WHAT SET UP DO I NEED? In order to receive the feedback Anna can give to each participant in the class, you need your device's camera pointed towards you. Ideally so that you mat is sideways so Anna will be able to see the side view. If the mat needs to be lengthways, don't worry, just try to point the camera towards you the best you can. You don't need to do this for a FLOW class. It's also recommendable that you use a large tablet or a laptop. The bigger screen you have the easier it is for you to see what's happening. You can also cast your device screen to your TV screen for example if you have Google Chromecast and a smart TV.
